Returns & Exchange Policy
At Bloom Studio, every artwork is created, checked, and packed with love before it leaves Shelley's studio. I want you to feel genuinely confident when choosing a piece — so if something isn't right, I want to make it right.
Change of Mind Returns — Original Artworks
I want you to love your Bloom Studio piece as much as I loved making it. If for any reason it isn't the right fit for your space, I offer change of mind returns on original artworks within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Contact me within 14 days of receiving your artwork at hello.bloomstudio.au@gmail.com
- The artwork must be returned in its original packaging, in the same condition it was received
- Return shipping is at the buyer's expense
- A 15% restocking fee applies to cover handling and repackaging
Once the artwork is received and inspected, your refund (minus the restocking fee) will be processed within 5 business days.
Because originals are one-of-a-kind, I do encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions about colour, size, texture, or framing — I am always happy to provide extra photos or answer questions to help you feel confident.
Change of Mind Returns — Prints & Posters
Prints and posters are produced on demand, so please choose carefully. I am unable to offer change of mind returns on prints once production has begun. If you are unsure about sizing or colour before ordering, please get in touch and I will do my best to help.
Damaged or Lost in Transit
Every artwork is fully insured during transit. If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date) with photos of the damage and packaging. I will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no questions asked.
