Bloom Studio Returns Policy
At Bloom Studio, each artwork is created with care and attention to detail. As original art is a considered purchase, please read the following policy before buying.
Change of Mind
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully and ensure you have reviewed all images, descriptions, and sizing details prior to purchase.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photographs of the damage, the packaging, and the artwork itself.
If the issue is verified, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include:
A replacement (if available), or
A refund of the purchase price
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Shipping Damage
All artworks are packaged securely; however, once dispatched, shipping is handled by third-party carriers. If damage occurs in transit, we will work with you to resolve the issue, but claims must be reported promptly (within 48 hours).
Returns Process
If a return is approved:
The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as Bloom Studio is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
Sale Items & Commissions
All sale items and commissioned artworks are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Australian Consumer Law
This policy is in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
