Gandalf the White is a playful original inspired by that wonderfully ridiculous rule every cat owner knows: if I fits, I sits.

A fluffy white cat curls himself into a bowl that is very obviously too small for him, while his enormous tail spills dramatically over the side. Against a soft mauve and violet background, his creamy white fur has been built up into thick, sculptural swirls that cast tiny shadows and change with the light.

Created using a blend of traditional and modern techniques—including brushes, glazes, and cake decorating tools—the piped acrylic gives Gandalf his wonderfully tactile, almost buttercream-like coat.

Whimsical without feeling like children's art, Gandalf is made for cat people, colour lovers, and anyone who thinks their home could stand to take itself a little less seriously.
