Summer Breeze is inspired by the feeling of a gentle garden breeze moving through a dewy summer morning.

Floral forms are arranged in a flowing, circular composition, suggesting movement through air rather than a fixed scene. Colour is used playfully, with soft pinks, warm yellows, and lilacs layered across the surface to create a sense of lightness and warmth.

The paint is applied using a sculptural impasto technique, building raised details that give the work a tactile quality. These textured elements catch light throughout the day, creating subtle shifts in highlight and shadow that bring the surface to life.
